I loved the fine rooftop view which was way better than any fancy hotel rooftop bar. The vibrant decor and the warm welcome felt like stepping into a beautiful art piece! Breakfast was freshly made and good, thanks to the amazing Nadia!

Our stay was marred by the lack of hot water. I had to endure icy showers for several days, which put a damper on my mood. Even after notifying staff multiple times, the issue remained unresolved throughout my visit, making it a rather disappointing experience.

upon arrival, I was underwhelmed. The shower had NO HOT WATER, which made getting ready a nightmare, and my room had a fridge that didn’t work at all. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade, but that seems reserved for others. Almost gave a glowing review but just couldn't, given the dismal service.

Just a heads up, the church bells can be a bit loud for late sleepers, so bring earplugs if that's you! 😊
